Privacy Policy.
How we handle information shared through the Emplify website.
Last updated: October 29, 2026. This policy explains how Emplify Digital ("Emplify," "we," or "us") handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, complete our Brand Assessment, or submit a Website Concept Brief.
Information you share
When you send a contact inquiry or short needs assessment, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, markets served, priorities, budget range, website, and message.
If you complete the Brand Assessment, we also process your answers, the resulting assessment score and recommendations, and the contact details you provide, which may include your job title or phone number. We record your optional marketing preference as you selected it; leaving it unchecked does not indicate consent to marketing.
If you submit a Website Concept Brief, we collect your name, work email, company, and the website planning details you choose to share, such as your business description, intended audiences, website goals, design preferences, reference links, and other notes. Please share only information you are authorized and comfortable disclosing.
Please do not include classified, confidential government contract, financial account, health, or other sensitive information in public forms.
How we use the information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare for a conversation, provide the Brand Assessment results, review Website Concept Brief submissions and explore a potential homepage direction, evaluate potential services, keep a record of inquiries and related follow-up, and protect our forms from spam, misuse, and duplicate submissions. A form submission does not automatically schedule a meeting or enroll you in marketing communications.
Hosting, storage, and email services
Our website operates on Cloudflare infrastructure. Form information is processed by the website's Cloudflare Worker. We use Resend to send form notifications to the Emplify team; its acceptance of a message does not guarantee delivery to a recipient's inbox.
We store information submitted through our contact, Brand Assessment, and Website Concept Brief forms in Cloudflare D1 to maintain a durable record of inquiries. These records include the information you submitted, assessment results where applicable, a submission reference, and the status of related notifications. They are not available through a public lookup endpoint.
Our hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses or browser details, for security, reliability, and service delivery. The form's rate limiter uses a temporary identifier derived from the requesting IP address; we do not add the IP address to the D1 submission record.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and completed inquiries, and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replays that help us improve the website. Google Tag Manager manages these optional tools. They are not loaded until you accept optional analytics; declining does not prevent you from using the website or submitting a form. Our analytics setup keeps advertising consent disabled.
We mask form contents and assessment results in Clarity. Our custom analytics events record the form type and whether the website API accepted the submission, not your name, email address, contact details, assessment answers, or submission reference. Analytics is not a public record of your inquiry and does not verify inbox delivery.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Your browser stores the choice for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future collection from these tools after the page reloads, but does not itself erase information already processed by their providers. See our Cookies page for details. Cloudflare also provides existing cookie-free website performance analytics and infrastructure security independently of these optional tools.
Access, retention, and security
Access to stored form submissions is limited to authorized Emplify personnel and service providers who need the information to operate the website or respond to your inquiry. We use platform security controls to help protect this information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep inquiry and assessment records as needed to handle requests and related follow-up, and where retention is otherwise necessary. At present, D1 submissions do not have an automatic deletion schedule; deletion requests are reviewed and handled individually. Copies in operational backups may remain for a limited recovery period after a record is deleted.
Our providers may process information in locations outside your country or state, subject to their applicable safeguards and service terms.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact us to ask what information we hold about your submission, request a correction or deletion, or ask about our practices. We may need to verify your request before acting and may retain information where required or permitted by applicable law.
Email team@emplify.digital with your request. For additional information about browser controls and cookies, see our Cookies page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, service providers, or handling practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
